SPIC JET AIRLINES all BullShit. NEVER NEVER FLY ON SPICE JET. Always delayed and NO announcements. Self and wife senior citizen were put to much discomfort. 10 hours delay FROM MUMBAI TO DELHI. Nevwer book in SPICE JET.

Flight from Kolkata to Tezpur cancelled on 29/05/2024. Unnecessarily.. spicejet flights get cancelled very often

First of all, I want to say that I admire the marketing department of this airline very much. They do a good job. However, now I have encountered the customer service department and accounting department of this airline, who behaved very irresponsibly and even illegally towards me. Behavior, if you don't follow up on the problems and improve them, your marketing department and even other departments will do better, and in the end your customers will just leave you. Guests here please be careful about this airline. My flight（PNR:OCRKYM） was cancelled. The amount I paid was 1245.84HKD, but they only refunded 1245.84INR (114.91HKD). It was stated on the evidence show on the payment receipt paper given to me by the customer service that the 1.Refunded amount:1245.84INR. 2.Refunded entirely:False also i had record of my credit card bank account also only received 1245.84INR Now there is enough evidence and it is very obvious that there is a problem with this airline and their bank, but the customer service only asked me to contact the bank. my credit card of bank will only give me whatever amount for the refund from this airline. there is nothing to contact from me to my credit card bank and there is nothing my side can do. However, the customer service even know all the true ,the knowledge with common sense but they still keeps shirking responsibility and evading responsibility and keep asking me help myself. This is makeing me feel simply an act of stealing moneyb from your airline. I will not give up my money like this, and I don’t want anyone to get stolen money and be treated unfairly like my experience. If anyone know India Media or India youtuber or India KOL，please send to them,I am going to do everything and day by day for looking for my right and looking for fair.
